About Neuropeptides
This category covers short neuropeptides held as reference standards for laboratory research, as lyophilised vials and as ready-made nasal-spray solutions. Semax is a heptapeptide built on the ACTH(4-7) fragment with a Pro-Gly-Pro extension, and Selank a heptapeptide built on the immunopeptide tuftsin; Russian sources class Semax as a nootropic and Selank as an anxiolytic, which is why they often appear under “nootropic peptides”. The sprays are Semax, Selank, Adamax, DSIP and PT-141, each 20 mg in 20 mL. Melanotan II, a melanocortin analog, is also listed here.
Every vial and bottle ships against the certificate issued for its own lot. The 10 mg Semax and Selank vials and Melanotan II have ILS Laboratories certificates; the sprays have HYTE Research Division certificates for identity and measured concentration, and the Selank Spray certificate also reports HPLC purity. Each product page says exactly what its certificate covers. Sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use. Buyers must be 21 or older.

Common questions
What does the neuropeptides category cover?
Short neuropeptides held as reference standards: Semax and Selank as 10 mg lyophilised vials; Semax, Selank, Adamax, DSIP and PT-141 as 20 mg / 20 mL nasal-spray solutions; and the melanocortin analog Melanotan II. Every item is sold for laboratory research use only and is not for human or veterinary use. Purchasers must be 21 or older.
What is the difference between Semax and Selank?
Both are synthetic heptapeptides carrying a Pro-Gly-Pro C-terminal extension, but they come from different parent sequences. Semax is built on the ACTH(4-7) fragment, Met-Glu-His-Phe, while Selank is built on tuftsin, Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg. The Pro-Gly-Pro extension is described in the literature as increasing resistance to peptidase cleavage. The two are studied in separate bodies of preclinical literature and are supplied here as separate 10 mg reference standards.
How are Semax and Selank supplied?
In two forms: 10 mg of lyophilised powder in a sealed vial, or 20 mg already dissolved in 20 mL in a spray bottle. The vial certificates report HPLC purity and measured content; the spray certificates report identity and measured concentration. Storage for each product is printed on its product page.
What documentation comes with every lot?
Each lot ships against its own certificate, and the panel depends on the product. The ILS Laboratories certificates for the Semax and Selank vials report identity, HPLC purity and measured content. The HYTE Research Division certificates for the sprays report identity and measured concentration, with HPLC purity on the Selank Spray. Certificates for current lots are published on each product page and in the certificate library.
How is a certificate of analysis verified?
Every vial carries a lot code printed on the label and repeated on its product page. Entering that code in the certificate library returns the record for that specific fill rather than a generic document. The certificate names the independent laboratory that performed the analysis, so the report can be confirmed with the laboratory that issued it.
