Retatrutide is not an approved drug, so it has no pharmacy price. Eli Lilly’s retatrutide is still investigational. What is sold under that name is research-grade retatrutide, priced per vial by size. Retatrutide price by vial size
Every size in the table is filled from its own lot, and each lot has its own certificate from ILS Laboratories. The certificate is part of what the price pays for, so it is worth checking before comparing prices anywhere (see below).
Why there is no “retail” retatrutide price
Retatrutide (LY3437943) is in phase 3 trials and has not been approved by FDA or any other regulator, so there is no list price, insurance price or pharmacy price to quote. Press coverage of Lilly’s July 2026 announcement says Lilly plans to submit it to FDA in 2027; a price for the medicine would only exist after that. Any price you see today is for retatrutide sold as a research material, like ours, not for Lilly’s product.
That also means prices from different research suppliers are only comparable if the material is. Two vials both labelled “retatrutide 10 mg” can differ in purity, measured content and whether anyone tested them at all.
What decides the price of a retatrutide vial
- Size. Larger vials usually cost less per milligram. The “Per mg” column above is calculated from the live prices, so it updates when they do.
- Measured content, not just the label. The certificate reports how much peptide was actually in the vial. For example, the current 10 mg lot measured 10.72 mg, the 20 mg lot 21.37 mg and the 30 mg lot 32.2 mg.
- Purity and identity testing. A full QC panel costs money per lot. Ours covers HPLC purity, net peptide content, identity by HPLC retention time against a retatrutide reference standard, sterility, endotoxin, heavy metals and a fentanyl screen.
- Stock. A size that is out of stock is shown as such in the table rather than removed.

What retatrutide is
Retatrutide is a 39-residue lipidated peptide from Eli Lilly that activates three receptors at once: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. Its formula is C221H342N46O68 (4731.34 g/mol, CAS 2381089-83-2). Research catalogues also list it as “GLP-3 R” or “GLP-3 RT”; there is no GLP-3 hormone, and the label is informal.
